Bora – Surfari 2012

Posted by Team SSS Windsurf October - 18 - 2012 Comments Off

The past 13 and 14 SSS attended the XIV and XV MarMenor Surfari Windsurfing Hall / Kitesurf / Sup 2012 held on the Los Espejos beach (Los Alcazares), Murcia.

A good place to display recent protos of the new model of four battens, Bora.

A sail with a slightly flatter profile that Sirocco, without forgetting the necessary power, a low and forward center of effort , and a provision of battens very studied and balanced, add a set that makes maximum stability, coupled with absolute control and extreme softness, ensuring higher maneuverability. We could not ask for less.

Bora is thought to live in the wave.

Its agility and low specific weight, and the wide trim lend it great skills for freestyle.

Target: forget to hold a sail in hands.

We continue to optimize its full development. These days some units are in Maui, where Zelu and Mikeas are testing it. Soon more news…

Event Images, where we show new prototypes, In addition to highlighting the flow and temperature of Surfari, and where we met casually with one of the owners of the last protos Alize in water.

However, the wind was slight, at least for our SSS, despite a large number of sails on the water, being able to play different runs of Open and Formula, browsing the sail areas were around 9 to 10-11m..
